Joseph Scott, our founder, brings a wealth of experience to every project. With years of hand-on construction expertise, including managing a $60 million multifamily development as a Superintendent, he has a proven track record of excellence. Joseph has also worked on various new builds and completed countless remodeling projects throughout northern Colorado.

Joseph was on time and did exactly what he said he would do in the bid and more! I mostly appreciated the cleanliness of Joseph's work. He cleaned up everyday and sheetrock is not easy to keep clean, but Joseph kept the work place in my home clean as he completed the work. The workmanship was excellent as he repaired the ceiling and walls in damaged areas. Great job!
